Whether you decide to do what is best for everyone or what you feel is best to protect an individual's rights, deciding what to do in difficult situations will always be a challenge. In all ethical dilemmas, everyone would agree that it is important to think carefully before taking action. How can managers communicate to their employees that they expect them to act ethically? List three or four concrete ways that a manager can create an atmosphere at work in which employees know that the company expects them to act in an ethical manner.
