Adopting Your OneKey Course
- Locate your textbook at the Prentice Hall web site by searching or browsing the catalog.
- Click “Instructor” under Resources on the left side of your textbook’s screen.
- Locate the listing for the OneKey WebCT course, and click “Request Content.”
- If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to do so now. If you already have a Login Name and Password, enter them here. If you have not yet registered or obtained an Access Code, there will be instructions on how to do so available from this page.
- Fill in and submit the Adoption Request form. You and your system administrator will receive an email containing everything you need to complete the adoption.

Registering for your OneKey Premium Content
Most OneKey courses in WebCT have been enriched with educational website resources to help you and your students get the maximum benefit from this course! Resources vary by textbook and can include tutorials, e-books, online homework or quizzes, animations and video segments, research tools, and more. Follow these simple steps to access these resources for the first time.
- From your WebCT Homepage, click on your course.
- From the Course homepage, click on the "Start Here!" Button.
- Clicking on the “Start Here!” button will open the OneKey login screen in a new browser window. To register, click on "Instructors register here!" under “First Time Users.”
- On the following page, you will have two options.
Option 1: Already have an account? If you already have a Prentice Hall/Pearson Instructor account, click this button to verify your account information.Note: If you have a Pearson login name but are unsure whether it is valid, you can check by logging in to your Pearson Account Summary.
Option 2: Need an account? If you need a Prentice Hall/Pearson Instructor account, click this button to fill out the Instructor Information form. Once you submit this form, Pearson will verify your faculty status, then notify you via email when your account has been created (within two business days).
You're Ready to Go!
The OneKey materials will be copied into your WebCT account and you're ready to use the finest in online learning materials.
